Everyone has an untold story waiting to be heard. And I have always been the one people trust, to help those stories find a voice.
From very early on, my ability to listen without judgment made me the unofficial therapist - the one people called at 2 AM for a deep, comforting chat, seeking light in their darkest times. What started as casual conversations evolved into a deeper commitment of advanced training and clinical experience.
I have studied various therapy models, shaping my unique eclectic approach that results not just in short term relief, but creates a long term change.
Today, I’m still the go-to agony aunt and a good Samaritan, but also a hands-on mother, a trusted psychologist and psychotherapist known for my approachability and deep understanding of human dynamics.

Parts of your journey mirror my own. I’ve been through heartbreak, fear of rejection, failures, anxiety, procrastination, the pressures of managing work-life balance as a mother and feeling overwhelmed. I too have wondered often, if I could keep going. I’ve felt the weight of constant stream of bad news and that post-COVID anxiety, wondering if I’d ever fully feel safe again. I’ve caught myself doom-scrolling at midnight, comparing my real life to someone else’s curated square, thinking, ‘Why don’t I have it together like they do?’.
My own lived experiences inform my practice and therapeutic approaches. The same struggles that brought me insight and growth, can also support yours, if you choose to let me be a part of your journey.

Who I work with?
I work with clients from all walks of life; individuals, couples, parents, teens, adolescents, families, mothers-to-be, recovering perfectionists, life or career transitioners, high performing professionals, celebrities, Expats and International students and anyone who could do with being a little kinder to themselves by taking a step towards self.
For nearly two decades, I’ve sat with people seeking relief from all types of struggles: Relationship issues, breakups, toxic friendships, addictions, anxiety, depression, career struggles, job burnout, parenting, major life transitions, gender identity and more. I also specialise in supporting women through their fertility journeys, IVF challenges and early motherhood.
I am honoured and grateful to walk with my clients in their healing journeys and to be trusted with their most vulnerable moments. And I am proud of their creative capacity to survive, overcome and evolve.
