I am grateful to be trained in a broad range of methods, but the main models that influence my therapy, values and philosophy are REBT, CBT, DBT, NLP, Gottman Method and Mindfulness.
These contemporary techniques are influenced by teachings of Asian, Greek, Roman philosophers and Buddhist traditions, bridging ancient philosophical wisdom with contemporary psychological science. They apply timeless principles, like acceptance, self-awareness, and rational thinking through contemporary evidence-based techniques supported by science.
