Couples Therapy

Studies show that 90% of couples benefit from therapy and I am here to help you become part of that story, and find your way back to each other, with more understanding than before.

Give yourself and your relationship the time and attention it deserves. Explore what it means to truly unplug and reconnect with guidance, peace and space. Let’s aim to be fully present with each other.

Whether you're a cross-cultural or interfaith couple wanting to bridge cultural gaps, are recently engaged, hoping to strengthen communication, set realistic expectations, or struggling to decide whether to stay or leave, perhaps even on the brink of divorce, the challenges are real.

I will help you let go of the pain, without letting go of the relationship.

Results Driven Couples’ Therapy

I approach couples therapy a little differently than you might expect

In my work with couples, I take a unique and carefully paced approach. I work with each of you separately in individual sessions, before moving onto joint sessions. This allows us to get to the heart of what’s going on within you as an individual and become self-aware, before handling tough conversations with empathy and patience later in our joint sessions.

What you will learn?

You will learn how to connect with your inner self as an individual, as a couple and how to experience more intimacy and desire. This process equips you to engage in constructive, compassionate dialogue, without resorting to old patterns or defensiveness and contribute positively to the relationship. The goal is to recognise that change isn’t just about your partner, but also about yourself.

I will act as your emotional translator

As an ‘emotional translator’ I will help you hear each other’s perspectives in new ways, build bridges, make sense of misunderstandings and move away from the blame. Together we will work through resentment and build on your strengths to find healthy ways to communicate about your differences and remember what united you in the first place.
