Living ‘abroad’, whether for work, study, or love, can be exciting, yet deeply challenging at the same time. To those ‘back home’, it may look like you’re on an exciting adventure. But the reality is often more complex.

Expat life comes with the thrill of new experiences, but also feelings of loneliness, anxiety, cultural shock, homesickness, career struggles and the pressure to adapt to a new reality.

I offer a warm and non-judgemental space to process these emotions. Together we will explore adaptation strategies that will help you navigate both - the joys as well as demands of living in a foreign country and culture.
