Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and aware of your thoughts, emotions, and surroundings without judgment. In her work, Khushnaaz uses it to help clients slow down, stay grounded, manage stress, enhance focus, and improve emotional well-being.

Through simple tools like breath-work, meditation, or everyday awareness, Khushnaaz supports people in building resilience and focus, not by escaping the moment, but by being with it as it is.
