Healing doesn’t follow a script and neither does therapy with me. I deeply understand how overwhelming it can feel to be stuck in patterns that no longer serve your relationship with your child or with yourself.

My approach is grounded in flexibility and presence. I draw from a range of therapeutic methods, from CBT, REBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, to NLP, mindfulness and breath-work, blending insights, practical tools, and deep healing. There’s no one-size-fits-all, just what actually works for you.
