In the first appointment, we will talk through what’s happening and what you would like to change. As we explore patterns, conflicts and interactions within your family, you will learn skills for healthy interaction with everyone in your family unit, build empathy, deepen understanding and strengthen trust and connection.
Therapy is a different experience for everyone, and what happens in your sessions will depend very much on what you hope to get out of it, along with the unique needs of your family. You can expect family therapy to help you to build stronger relationships between every member of the family and help you to work together as a team.
