Online therapy brings the conversation to you, wherever you are, whenever you're ready. Whether you're at home, in a coffee shop, a vanity van, your car or a cozy corner of the globe, online sessions make support accessible in your space and at your pace. They’re just as effective, meaningful and supportive as face-to-face therapy, helping you feel at ease as you work through whatever you're facing.
For international clients, I offer dedicated morning slots between 8:00 and 10:00 AM IST, and select evening appointments around 7:00 or 7:30 PM to manage the time zones quite smoothly.
You can book sessions via video or phone call, using platforms such as WhatsApp Video, Zoom, Google Meet or whichever feels most convenient for you.
