I use a personalised mix of tools from various evidence based Therapeutic methods such as CBT, DBT, DIT, psychotherapy, neuro - linguistic Programming (NLP) to psychodynamics (exploration of unconscious motivations) and mindfulness. We dig into what's really running the show, limiting beliefs, perceived obstacles, emotional baggage, self-sabotage and clear the path. We transform insight into actions and strategies that actually move the needle. Between sessions, we will do check-ins to keep momentum going and real progress happening.
