Couple Conflicts
Even the strongest relationships face challenges. Whether it’s communication breakdowns, trust issues, unresolved arguments, or the pressures of daily life, conflict between couples can feel overwhelming and isolating. Left unaddressed, these struggles can contribute to relationship dissatisfaction, separation or divorce, domestic violence, difficulties in parenting and co-parenting, poor job performance, your mental and physical well-being and even the well-being of your children.
Over the years, I’ve worked with many couples facing disagreements, both seemingly small and big, that they felt powerless to resolve. With time, couples often stop remembering what brought them together and instead carry only the pain of past wounds, feeling unloved, unheard or alone in the relationship.
But it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Frequent arguments over the same thing repeatedly, with no resolution or recurring tension.
There is no capacity for empathy or affection while discussing the issue. Rather than making progress toward a solution there is emotional withdrawal or feeling unheard
Infidelity and rebuilding trust
Differences in parenting styles, finances, or life goals
Navigating major life transitions (new baby, relocation, loss, etc.)
Rebuilding intimacy and emotional closeness
Compromise seems out of the question because couples feel like they have to give up something important or abandon a core value.
Over time, couples may stop remembering what brought them together and instead carry only the pain of past wounds feeling unloved unheard or alone in the relationship. But it doesn’t have to stay that way.
