Depression
Depression occurs in 1 of 5 of us, yet is still an issue that needs to be discussed openly in order to be fully understood.
It is a debilitating condition, albeit highly treatable. There are many symptoms associated with depression and the way one deals with depression is relative to their background, lifestyle, and the issues that led to their depression.

Throughout our lives, we build a complex web, which is why it is so important to keep your mind in order. You cannot remember every bad memory or negative thought pattern you have created, hence therapy is the most beneficial way to go through things in your past to rework them for a better future. Through evidence-based approaches, I will help you emerge. In the session, you will receive support and learn the tools that can help you become an ally in your own healing.
I will be a constant guide and support through what can be a mentally challenging time for you. What I fully understand is how unique everyone who walks through our door is. I don’t believe in treating every issue the same way, because your depression means something to you and only to you.
I strive to relate to you and build a long-lasting, beneficial relationship through therapy. Taking the first step of reaching out is itself a powerful act of self-care.
